Gorgeous views, excellent service and concierge, great food.

Not too walkable to shops or restaurants; but it was still nice to be out of the fray of Naples traffic and tourists.

Extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent breakfast. Staff very attentive, polite and accommodating. Hotel extremely clean and the service was excellent.

Cannot fault the hotel at all. Rooftop bar could do with a little quiet background music during the evenings.

Absolutely fabulous.

The staff were wonderful nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early and had a meal on the wonderful terrace overlooking the bay while we waited for our room to become available.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff exceptional. It is a little way from the shops and restaurants but there are always taxis outside and they are not expensive.

Stunning views from the hotel over Naples

Efficient friendly and helpful service. Good restaurant recommendations. Amazing view of Naples and Vesuvius from our room and the terrace and 6/f restaurant area for breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ample storage space in wardrobe and draws.

Sadly their 2 star restaurant George wasn’t open at the time we were there. The location is about 5-10 walk to the nearest metro. Best to take taxis to port and old town to see the sights. We needed to ask for extra toiletries which were supplied.

Friendly staff, very helpful with recommendations Lovely room, spacious with great view. Nice amenities in the room. Also quiet at night. Good Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel.

Good stay in Naples

The hotel clearly prides itself on providing high levels of service, which overall we did experience during our stay. We were allocated our room early, at 1pm, which we very much appreciated. The 6th floor restaurant was decent value for money for food - €12 for a caprese salad and €20 ish for a bowl of pasta, much more reasonable than the Amalfi coast where we had travelled from. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breakfast, it was excellent!!! High quality yogurts and fruit and pastries, lots of coffee and different varieties of eggs - which we loved. You just need to request items like salmon, ham, cheese and they appeared. Very impressed with the offering and the service was warm and friendly.

The room was very tired looking, almost shabby. It badly needed repainting and freshening up. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were incredibly hard so we both had neck ache travelling home the next day. There wasn’t any coffee machine or any tea/ coffee making facilities in the room, which we’d expect for 5*. Previous hotels in Italy had this. The shower was a bit disappointing. Impossible to get under the waterfall head, and very fiddly with 4 different nozzles to turn, which were dirty when we arrived. The service in the rooftop bar wasn’t good. €18 per drink but we had to sit on wet sofa cushions, and it took 25 minutes to get a drink. The location was a bit of a way into Naples historical centre. We walked for 40 minutes in the heat and the fumes and noise of this bustling city was overwhelming. Once we broke off from the main roads into the side streets it got a bit better but was still a very long way to walk there and back. Probably expected a bit more for the €400+ euros we spent, but I think the breakfast was the redeeming feature!

Fantastic hotel with the best view in Naples

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing view over the Bay of Naples. We were given a free upgrade to a junior suite which was beautiful. The hotel isn’t too big and the friendly staff made it special. The terrace view while eating dinner is outstanding. We didn’t try the Michelin star restaurant however we did eat several times in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The hotel is a little way up the hill from the centre of Naples and therefore quieter and cleaner streets. It takes around 20/25 mins to walk to the city centre.

The only thing I could possibly say is that a spa would have been nice. Otherwise this is a fantastic hotel and I can’t find any faults.
